The RedHat RPM (RHRPM) is a tool to get the needed RPM files from the RedHat's update site (or mirror site)

1. This software may be freely copied and distributed so long as no modification is made in the archive package.
2. This version of RHRPM is free for personal use at home only.
3. If you are running it for business, commercial, government, or institutional use, you must send a post card to Julian Wang to register it.

1. RedHat Linux or Fedora The RHRPM is designed for RedHat (and Fedora) Linux use only.
2. Perl RHRPM is using Perl language and
3. Net::FTP module Without install this module, you will get the error message like as "Can't locate Net/FTP.pm in @INC"

You can running the RHRPM with one of the following

1. rhrpm.pl
   
   It will get the RPM files from the site of updates.redhat.com (Redhat) or download.fedora.redhat.com (Fedora)
   
   
2. rhrpm.pl updates.redhat.com
   
   This will get the RPM files from the mirror site of updates.redhat.com with root (/) directory
   
   
3. rhrpm.pl linux.sinica.edu.tw /redhat/updates
   
   This is useful for a mirror site and will get RPM files from linux.sinica.edu.tw with the /redhat/updates directory
